    They advertise dries in 1 to 2 hours, not at all true in our case.
    Carpets looked as if the dirt was blended not extracted. Had to
    call another cleaner to get the job done right.

    Provided awful service, the dirt was spread around not removed.
    Paid them to get them to leave. Then had to call another cleaner
    to get the job done right. Used to 2 man crews with truck mount,
    ended up with 1 man and a portable. Was told they did the best
    that could be done, the other cleaner had no problem removing
    the dirt. Found out afterwards, they operate under different names.
    Watch out for these guys.
