User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGreat for oilfield and construction workers. Fairly large sights, very quiet during the day , good if you work nights. They have full hook ups, and shade is plentiful. Not a lot of amenities for the kids. Very low prices, we stayed for $85 dollars a week .Owner is very polite and nice, permanent residents are friendly too. Basic groceries are available less than a mile from site at the Family Dollar store.
