You donât want one of the coldest people you ever met to be a VET. Itâs hard enough when you have to bring a sick pet in. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt. However both times interacting with this DVM a year ago and then this year, very few words were spoken to me and nothing to my pet. I felt nervous the whole time. That is just how ill at ease I felt around her. I asked my sister what she thought. Her response was some people are just abrupt. But I can't understand why she wouldn't show warmth toward me or my pet. While she had the pet out of the cage couldn't she have given a look in it's mouth and ears,,etc. Just a quick listen to the heart and quick feel of my pet's stomach and back in the cage. Itâs too bad. I don't know who owns Ambassador. But I have gone there from time to time dating back 26 years. Nothing like this ever has taken place. I probably won't be going back unless they can give me someone else. Extremely uncomfortable feeling about this woman. Something's not right here.

They use fear to control you, they dont care about your pet but they care about your money.
Specially Dr.Kim doesnt have any experience and she is an incompetent doctor.
I file a a veterinay medical board a complaint about this doctor.
If you don't love your animal take them to this place they are awful they don't communicate with you and you can tell its about money they just want you out of there. This place felt VERY cold they will not explain anything to you just send you home with medication and i tried both vets there but JI YOUN KIM was the worst.
