This place is horrible. My daughter was in the toddler class and I had many issues with this place. The instructors do not give the proper attention to the children and are quick to give them timeouts. Do they honestly think that 5 children at 3 years can sit still and wait for them to run through the entire routine with every other child? Then when my daughter stood up too soon she was sent to time out. I let it go because I don t want to be one of those intruding mothers. Then their billing policy is unbellievably strict. At first it needed to be paid by the 5th of the month or you get a late fee, then it was the 1st of the month then it moved to the 25th of the month. I had been here for about 10 months total and saw the three different policies. The final straw was when my automatic monthly charge to my credit card did not go through because I had a new card. They said they left me a message but I did not see it so when my 3 year old daughter went to her next class they turned her away. I was not the one taking her to class so I did not hear about it until later and they did not call me to verify anything. How horrible for a place to turn a 3 year old away who had been a registered participant for 10 months with no previous issues for being 7 days late on a payment. Their priorities lie with the money, not the kids.
