If you need a great Sales Advisor -- look no further than Christopher Neal. I have been working off and on with Chris (actually one of the Sales Managers) for nearly 3 years -- and each experience I have had with him was excellent.
To provide some background -- I had originally turned to Chris debating between a 5er and MB E-class -- he allowed me several test drives and walked me through the benefits of the 5 without ever pressuring me. In the end, I went with the MB, but, this was in no way related to Chris.
Despite that, I turned to Chris a year later and placed a European Delivery order on a 3 series coupe. About a month into the order, I actually had to cancel it as I had to move overseas.
You would think that Chris would not care to work with me at this point, right? WRONG.
Upon returning to the US, I started working with Chris on a X5 Diesel. He immediately remembered me, was as friendly as ever, thoroughly positioned the X5 to me and the benefits of the Diesel, took me on several test drives (even when I told him I was shopping for the best price), and, provided me with various options from buying the last one on the lot to placing an order.
All in all, I can say that I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Chris and would not hesitate in buying from him.
Oh, and, BTW -- he has sold 4 vehicles to Joe Montana (that's right, #16 himself). If he's good enougy for Joe, he's good enough for me.
If you're in the market for a Bimmer, give Chris a shot at your business.
Buyer beware - Do not buy or lease a car from this dealership. They are the quintessential sleazy car dealers - promises, promises but their words are empty. They have no interest in customer satisfaction. I am shocked that BMW North America allows these slimeballs to sell their cars. They will lie straight to your face and then claim otherwise. Read the countless reviews across the car review websites from different dissatisfied posters covering several years of bad experiences....I wish I had. Don't let it happen to you! These guys should be avoided!!!!
I was met with the worst service experience of my life. After 10 minutes of wandering around the place waiting to be helped, one of the (apparently free) associates over at the main desk walked over and asked if I had been helped, as if they couldn't see well enough that I haven't.
She then (name withheld) preceded to scan me up and down and give me the most scrutinizing look, like my clothing had anything do with me purchasing a car.
After much waiting while she was off seeing if the car was interested in was available (even though there were about 20 outside of the same model for sale) the manager came over and exclaimed that they were too busy at the moment and that I would have to try some other BMW, while his employees were busy fooling around and snickering in my direction. When I said I would, he continued to tell me that I should try the one in San Francisco, because they were "better equipped" with cars for a woman of my stature and they had more affordable cars available for my budget. Talk about judging a book by its cover!! I really didn't expect this kind of behavior from grown adults, especially in a car dealership. They should reserve their haughtiness for some other customer, because I'm never coming back. It has entirely ruined the image of BMW and its reputation for me.
It's a wonder why none of the people working here have not read most of the negative reviews people have put up for them, because it'd really do them good if they change their whole work ethics and actually TRY to provide decent service.
