    I have used Budget in Temecula on a few different occasions and every time, their service has been top-notch, the price was better than anybody else and they dealt with us as people, not just any other customer (they were very personable and not just out for the buck). I will use them EVERY time I need a car!

    I did not have a good experience with Budget Rent a Car in Temecula,when you deal with them make sure that you get everything in writing as things seem to change without notice.I also got charged for insurance after telling them that I did not want it.
    Their customer service is not much better,rude and not helpfull at all,they did not seem to care that I had been over charged for something I did not want.

    I had a wonderful experience, the people were nice, and great customer service. The price was very reasonable as well, and the vehicle was clean inside and out.
