I had my daughters birthday party at this location last weekend and it was a blast! I was impressed by the staff and how organized the birthday party was, I got to sit back and chat with the rest of the parents and just enjoy the party as much as the kids! Not to mention even the 5 year old had a great time in the laser tag!

I was their for a Birthday, when a 2 year boy smashed his face on the slide, no parents around, no staff. I took the scramming child to the front desk with blood pouring out of his mouth, I had to bang on the counter to get their attention, the two workers just stood their looking at me not knowing what to do, I explained I was not the parent, that we need to find his parent and if I could please have some ice or something for this hurt child! both employees where very slow, one looked at the other said I will get some paper towels, the other started asking the TWO YEAR OLD what his Mom's name was! Are you serious!! I said look, he is wearing a green wrist band, call the contact person for the party with the green wrist bands. Still very slowly she tries to figure out what party it maybe, please keep in mind, I am hold this poor boys mouth with my hand, trying to stop the bleeding, the 2nd employee finally comes back with paper towels, his suggestion, that I just walk around and look for other parents with green wrist bands, that they may know who he belongs to.. WHAT!!! is this how they are trained to handle a situation with a hurt child, they never took the child from me, never attempted to call the contact person for that B.day. I walked around and found his father who was on the other side of the building playing the arcade games! I find this very unprofessional especially dealing with children! I will never attend nor ever have my child's B.day at Bright child!

We love Fofo Figgilys!!!! It's a place where you can take your children and they can run and play and best of all the parents can too or sit and relax and watch. You don't have to worry about them getting out because they can't without you wrist bands are to identify them to yours. They do amazing birthday parties too!!!! Don't forget socks
