I tried this restaurant with my family and it was AMAZING! I loved the cute booths with couches, which were also very comfortable. The food was quite honestly about the best I have ever tasted. We were all extraordinarily impressed with the food. I had a salad that was so fresh and innovative with berries and feta cheese. I ate a simple pasta with red sauce dish, and it was PERFECTION. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You feel welcomed and like part of the family. We are definitely going back.

This is a great place to dine. If you want to food because its mealtime, go elsewhere, but Calitalia is the place to slow down a bit, relax and enjoy the food and your company.
The staff is warm and very friendly. The atmosphere is inviting and comfy.
Great food. Wide range of flavors for different palates. California Cuisine/Italian. Definitely try "The Perfect Date."
The dishes are so good, you leave thinking about the next time... but you won't be disappointed if you try a new dish.
I make excuses to take friends to this restaurant.
The owners are very friendly and they love music, food and people. They have a way of making you feel at home or even a part of their little family.
Live music on the weekends. You can dine in their cork-floored bar-room while listening to different artists. They also have these booths which are actually just big, comfy sofas--try to get one of those!
The stone-floored wineroom--great ambiance for a little party or get-together.
Overall, the food the delicious, but the staff and atmosphere is what makes this place.

This is a restaurant that should be avoided.
    The service is terrible.
The owners are more concerned about greeting their friends. We felt like the odd couple
We were stuck in a corner, and waited 20 minutes to get waited on.
They charge for split salads,so be aware.
First and last time there for us.
A Maria's Kitchen type of meal at 3 times the price.

Sounds vindictive. I love this place! And, yes, the owners are friendly. They don't worry about their staff doing what they're supposed to. 'Stuck in a corner'? 'Maria's Kitchen type of meal'? Seriously... I've asked for the corner before. What did you order?...a hamburger? spaghetti? And the last time I split their salad, what they brought out may as well have been two orders of salad--not one split. I say give it another chance because someone was just having a bad day.
