User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur most recent visit was for supper last night and it was one of many pleasurable meals we've had at Julie's. I had the top sirloin steak with a baked potato,broccoli cheese soup, and salad bar.My companion had her usual cheese enchilada with no beans,double Spanish rice,and salad. The soup was as good as any homemade soup with lots of broccoli in a well seasoned cheese soup,the salad bar has a great variety and everything was fresh,but the best was yet to come. My top sirloin steak, aged for tenderness was one of the best steaks I've had with barely any fat to trim off,rich beefy flavor and au jus. A generous sized potato accompanied it,the one disappointment for me was that it was wrapped in foil,a practice I dislike. My companion's cheese enchilada and spanish rice was also generously sized and very tasty. This place deserves more recognition,and I hope this review convinces more people to try it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy favorite place to go to breakfast in Lafayette. Service and food are excellent despite the strip mall location. I haven't made it there for lunch/dinner yet, but the menu always looks fantastic. We live in Indianapolis, but we always stop here when we are in town. Please come out and support a wonderful family-owned restaurant. Julie herself will usually come out of the kitchen to greet her customers and her daughters are usually the one's waiting on you. My favorite item off/on the menu is the Huevos Rancheros. Enjoy!!!
