User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had to report them to the Better Business Bureau lats year because they refused to give me a refund of over $1,600. I put an order during their pre-spring sale and since they cancelled so many times, I canceled the order. They said that they would refund my money to my credit card and never did. i called them daily and they never called me back. They finally gave me my credit after I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They are the most unethical business people.

I would normally not leave a bad review, however, this company has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. I was scheduled a delivery and install of 10 yeards of mulch for a Saturday. On the Friday before, I called to get a time of delivery and was told that delivery was cancelled because they ran out of mulch... Ran out, of 9 yards of mulch, which was ordered 1 month before... I would have never been notified and would be waiting for nothing.
I was told that delivery would be the following Saturday. The entire week went by and I never receievd a call for delivery time. When I called Saturday morning, I was told that the mulch would be dumped in my driveway earlier in the day and installed after 3 pm. Never a mention of this before, never a mention of when they were coming; no customer service whatsoever. They can keep their pre-spring special. I would rather pay the extra $7 per yard and receive proper service than give my money to this irreputable company.

Update: They never showed. Even after promising a delivery between 3-4 pm. No call, nothing. The following Tuesday my sister calls me to tell me that someone dumped mulch in my driveway. Again, no call regarding schedule. Someone came after 5 pm to install. Finally finised, never going to use them again.
They pulled the same crap with me and my parents. It's obvious that this guy has no idea how to run a business. Never again for me!
Same here! Absolutely terrible. I had to go to their shady office twice and received terrible service!
