I dont even know where to begin. Lending Tree referred me to this mortgage company and its been hell ever since. They do not follow through with anything. I was supposed to have settlement on the Monday before Christmas. I tried calling the consultant Friday morning constantly. He never responded. I kept trying until I finally talked to his supervisor and she appologized and said to please call her if I had any other problems. Well let me just say she's no a person of her word. They have ignored my calls all day Monday. I made about 30 calls and left messages with no response at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. I am so upset about it - it has accually made me sick to my stomach.
The consultants name is Charles Thorn and his so called supervisors name is Ms. Osbourne. PLEASE STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!
