User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI live in a condo with an association and over the past 2 years I used MSI to fix a leaking shower that leaked into my neighbor's bathroom below me, to fix a dripping shower faucet in my other bathroom, to clean out my dryer vents (required by my association) and to fix a clogged pipe that was part of my air-conditioning unit that was dripping water while running.
They were accommadating when scheduling the appointments. Each time they showed up on time, were polite and did what they promised. I was always given an estimate and an explanation of the work they were going to do before they started. I don't know what others charge for the same services, but the prices they charged all seemed appropriate to me.
