i know the staff at charles town chevron. they are very professional to me. it's hard to find a good service station as an independent dealer, and they are fair. they are not like the big 3 dealers who pray on everyone for overcharges. thank you clyde, thank you chris for being fair with me. one two punch autos and cycles, martinsburg. ted.
Personally, it shows that its family owned. They have to be the rudest group of people I've ever seen run a shop. I've been there more than once and believe me, customer service is not a quality of theirs. Any "real" company would have fired half of them already for their attitudes and laziness. You go in to have a simple car inspection done and they argue in front of you as to who is going to have to do it. You call in ahead of time and ask if itâs a good time to bring your car up there for a simple 10 minute inspection, and they say, sure, bring it on up and we'll take care of you. Then you get there and you're told to wait about 15 minutes while they work on a hydraulic lift around the side of the shop, and it takes all 4 of them to stand there and pour oil in the thing. So their 15 minutes turns into over 30 minutes. Then when they see you haven't left yet, they yell at you because you're the one not moving fast enough for them. They walk around like they have all day to get to your needs, and overall, they simply behave as if they could have cared less if you stopped in or not. I don't know how they stay in business. I'd pay twice as much to go to somewhere else just so I don't have to use them for anything. If you don't mind "paying" to be treated as if youâre a nuisance, then head right on down there. They won't disappoint you.
have been going there for years. localy owned and family run business.
