Don't get Honda service here! Wrote a formal complaint to Honda Auto Customer Service (North America) about this dealership. The service is just awful. Brought my Civic in for brake work, oil change and key copy. Waited ages in the filthy, crowded service center to pick up car after they called to say work was complete. Got in my Civic - the car was muddy and greasy inside, no key copy and brakes still sounded terrible. When I complained, customer service person (nasty and exasperated) told me that I didn't know anything about brakes and told me look in my car âmore carefullyâ for the key copy. I went inside the dealership to complain again and was told to wait for the manager. After another 25 min wait, finally got a key copy, but had to take car to ANOTHER shop to complete the brake work!. Despite complaints in person, over the phone and in writing, no refund or apology was offered.

I AGREE THE DEALERS ARE SCAMMERS TOO
This place sucks. From start to finish awful. I bought my car from a crook salesman named Gerry. He slammed other Honda dealerships and said they charged people who were African-American more money for cars. We negotiated prices for quite some time. He promised me a price we agreed upon via phone. When I got to the dealership he told his manager he never ever made such a promise!! Liar. He also told me "on the sly" that his finance department told him were the people who told him to "F-us" as buyers. Quite a guy, quite a liar. It took them over a week to get the car. Upon buying the car I also purchased a 7 year extended warranty. I recently had an issue where I felt the steering wheel was shaking quite a bit and asked them to check it out while doing an oil change. I was told this was not part of my coverage. The following day I found and reviewed my contract. That problem was covered. I also asked for a refund for my gap insurance and LITERALLY had to make 10 phone calls send in a form twice and had wait FOUR MONTHS to get my refund. I was repeatedly promised "the check was signed and in the mail" every month. It wasnt until I threatened to call the head Honda office did that check finally get signed and in the mail. This place sucks, they are overpriced and the sales reps are liars. The only good thing is the free coffee.
