we are a business and spend a lot of $$ on pats bc of all our employees who order. pats has usually been pretty good, fast delivery great food.. this week has been HORRIBLE. they screwed our order up yesterday and the food was soo cold they had to redeliver it.. ehh.. bad days happen
today.. we have ordered several times today (for diff emp) they forgot stuff in our order tonight. our reciept shows that we paid for it. when i finally got to talk to the manager yes i was upset but the first 15 min talking to the first guy werent going anywhere and i wanted my food.
when i finally got to talk to the manager he was nice, but he kept interupting me and not listening to the whole situation.. then he finally started yelling at me (yes) i said u effed up our food, and he hung up
when i called back he started screaming at me " U NO NICE TO ME, HOW U LIKE I SAY EFF U EFF U WELL YA I EFF U, U WANT ME TO EFF U" at that point i was appauled he actually said he wanted to eff me (which i take as sexual harrassment even if he didnt mean it that way) he was screaming and nothing was getting resolved. they screwed up the order, why cant they just fix it? after much debate he finally had the food delivered but why would i want to eat food they probably spit in? we spend about $500 a week with their business just to be treated like this? forget our food, still charge us for it, and then yell at me for it? horrible.. absolutly horrible. i will never order from this pats ever again.. i dont need to be yelled at bc they cant do their job and then try to make me feel bad about it? i thought you would try to treat your returning customers even better since they kept coming back, esp if they had orders $100 each time. our order for our emp was over $200 just to have them come back and redeliver..
today it was $80 and served with a lovely argument and hey im gonna eff u..
DONT EAT AT THIS PATS, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YELL AT YOU BC OF THEIR MISTAKE.
hopefully oneday they will get better.

I do not know where to begin.I do not have one single complaint about the service, quality and taste of the food I have devoured from these awsome people.
Their portion sizes are large. You could easily turn one meal into two. Good thing to remember if your ordering for two.
The dinners on their menu are complete with a side salad plus garlic bread.
I Must share this story with You. When they first came to town I was ordering from them weekly for approximately eight to nine months.Then my finances took a nose dive.So I was forced to limmit my eating out to zero.What happened next blew my mind.Something more retailers and food establishments should consider.After about three to four weeks I went to check my mail I was pleasantly surprised to find a post card stating that they missed me and was wondering were I had been.Ass if that was not enough they also included a five dollar coupon good for my next order.
Now is that not awesome!!!!Great people to do buisness with.
We must make sure these people do not leave.So go check them out. Im sure you wont be dissapointed..
