This store is terrible. I bought an afro wig, and the next day I tried to return it. It was still intact in its wrapper. I had the receipt. I just decided I didn't need it.
They wouldn't take it back. They claimed it was "seasonal" - leftover from Halloween. I bought it in APRIL. If an item sits on your shelf almost six months, it's NOT seasonal.
I tried to reason with Eddie, the owner, explaining that the wig wasn't in a clearance section and that it wasn't clearly marked. He said he didn't like my tone and that I wasn't being "honest, nice, or fair."
I told him he was going to lose a customer over $13. He asked if I was threatening him, and I told him it wasn't a threat. It was the truth. Then he hung up on me.
I called back and pretended that he'd heard me say goodbye. At that point, I told him that I wasn't going to make another threat, but that I was going to tell all of my friends and all of my family to not buy from his store.
To which he paused and replied, "You jerk!" And then he hung up the phone on me.
