User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsRecently stayed there for a conference. Nice, clean place. However, the coffee maker did not work, the dryer did not work. When I asked them to send me coffee instead, I was told I would have to pay for it. Ultimately, they did send me coffee without charge. Perhaps they could not find another coffee maker.
I asked for directions to go to the Jackson Outlet malls. The receptionist gave me printed directions which were nowhere near there and I got completely lost. Would I stay there again? The hotel itself is new and clean, so I may if I have to.
