User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsFirst time going to this Cheesecake Factory and was very disappointed. I've been to these restaurants all across the country and this ranks at the very bottom. The atmosphere is good and the interior design is eye catching as it is with all of them. I am just disappointed with this one as all the other ones we're great. The waiter didn't seem like he liked his job very much. I saw the bottom of my glass more than I saw our waiter. Our food arrive it was luke warm. My wife and I had order the same meal and both of our steaks were cooked well over done. I order this same meal all over this country and all were the same, knock out good, sadly this was not the result last night. Our waiter did ask how it was and I told him it was burnt on the outside when we asked for med-well. He took it back and I got another one 30 minutes later. The best thing about the visit was the cheesecake and even that took a long time to bring us. Overall, not a very pleasant meal. Unfortunately we will not return. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the area that are far better in comparison.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe service is great and the food is great and you will get a VERY large portion. Be sure to be hungry before you go and eat. You will get your money's worth when you go. And of course make sure and save room for cheesecake. I highly recommend the potstickers for the appetizer and the chinese chicken salad for main course and black tuxedo for dessert.

The service was poor the 1st time. I gave it a 2nd chance and it got worst! Im so serious. I thought that it was the waiter the first time, but guess what, "we received another terrible waiter the second time". lol. The food came out cold, our drinks came to the table minutes b4 the food. I will never return!!
