Don't take your pets there! I have taken ours several times for the same problem and they always give us the same pills. Well this time I just went to get only the medication. Oh my Got! I showed up there and it took the only person there an hour to tell me that I need to bring my pet in order to get the pills. Really it takes you an hour to determine that! As I am driving home I called and asked for a manager and she told me the manager was not in. How do you run that place without a manager? So I took him the next day and of course an hour and $140 later ( the same mads $35+god knows what ) we are going home. WOW!!! Very horrible way to make money and keep your costumers coming back! We are going to look for alternative for our pet's health so should everyone reading this review-unless you have a lot of free time and money.

My husband and I got a puppy at the beginning of the year. Naturally this has led us to have MANY trips to Petsmart over the last few weeks. The associates at the Smyrna Petsmart are always very helpful and knowledgable. The store is extremely clean (not sure where the last comment came from). We went to the PetSmart in Perimeter once and had to leave because the smell of cat piss and trash all over the store was so bad. We are very thankful the Smyrna Petsmart is nearby. It's clean, the people are friendly and it's a lifesaver.
