Nothing authentic about its Cuban Sandwiches (they use salami and mayo!!!!) a real cuban sandwich only has butter on the pressed cuban bread and mustard, but NEVER mayo and never salami, but thin deli style slices of roast pork, ham and SWISS cheese, and pickles.
The so-called Spanish soup has very undercooked potatoes and is very watery - nothing authentic - it puts the reputation of Spanish and Cuban food to shame.
I hear the owners are neither Cuban nor Spanish so I guess it is their interpretation but way off.
You will not get service with a smile at this place. The man and woman that were working the day I had lunch looked and acted like they did not want to be there. What really bothered me about this place is that the people who are fixing the food are also taking the money and there is no handwashing.I stood there and watched the woman at the register then she touched food.It is nasty and somebody is going to get sick because of that, money is so dirty! The food is very good, but I will not be back until they start wearing gloves or get a cashier who only touches the money and not the food!
Great place for lunch: The soup is out of this world, great sandwiches, Its a small place but the friendly folks make you feel at home.
