Hello,
I purchased a Chevrolet Equinox from your dealership approximately 3 months ago. I dealt with Rob Miller as a salesman and Viet as his backup man. I was immediately turned off by Viet's attitude and the way he did business. I was lied to about the value of my trade-in vehicle and when I asked Rob about it, he played dumb (which I've realized is his technique). I came back the next day after purchasing the vehicle and tried to speak with you personally about it, however, you informed me that you cared about what the paperwork said. I figured it was all over and that I would have to just bite the bullet, but I received a call from Dean Dillard three days later informing me that the bank did not pick up my loan. When I went back in I had ever intention on getting my keys back and driving my old car home. However, Dean informed me that you guys were giving me an extended warranty through the dealership for 3 years or 45K miles. I decided to sign the new paperwork and just be done with it. After owning the vehicle for 3 months I see why he offered the warranty. I have had 3 oil changes in the 3 months and have a service appointment tomorrow to see why it is leaking oil. There is so much more that I could include in this email, but I know that it will probably just be deleted anyway. I came into the dealership today (to get ANOTHER oil change) and I tried to get the name and contact information for the owners, but was told you were the only contact. I told them I did not want to deal with you because you are arrogant and disrespectful. I will get the information for the owners and I will email them to notify them of what goes on at their dealership. I suspect that they probably know about it and allow it to happen. I will also contact the BBB and inform them of what happened. I understand in this economic climate you guys must do whatever necessary to stay in business, but flat out lying to people is uncalled for. While watching the news the other day I saw where Chrysler is going to close several hundred dealerships, I would be lying if I said that I wasn't hoping yours was one of them. I will be informing all of my friends as well as posting on every public forum how much you guys try to rip people off. If possible, please try to email me the contact information for your boss at your earliest convenience.
Very positive experience here. No pressure sales people, gave us exactly what we wanted. Service has been superb also
