We were with insight for 3 years while stationed at Fort Knox KY. I loved their service. I never had any problems with them. Their prices are great compared to the cable service we had before in TN. Their Customer service was great every time I called. If something could not be fixed over the phone they had someone come out the next day to fix it. Our bill was always right. They always went out of their way for us and in the end when the net was not working they fixed it and we had extra TV channels that we did not have to pay for. It does not get better than that. To bad we are getting stationed back to Tennessee and I had to cancel my service. I can only recommend this company!!!! They are great!!!

It could have been we were just a bad apple, but we had nothing but frustration from day one with their customer service and getting our bill correct.

I ordered one of the sports packages and it took nearly two weeks and endless hours waiting for someone to "talk to thier supervisor" and still never resolved the problem.

We switched to DirecTV and AT&T DSL (just as fast as Insight broadband for what we want to do. I can still stream video and audio no prob). Plus I got a free wireless router through AT&T and we're still paying $7.00 less than Insight.

To boot, DirecTV's customer service is tenfold better than Insight.

I get its not for everyone and there are plenty of folks who have had no problem w/Insight, but for my money, I'll never give up my DirecTV.
