i am sorry to her the previous customer who had a difficult experience at Zaf. I'm sure if you bring it to the owner's attention he would have made it clear to the person who service your vechile that it was unacceptable customer service.

i have seen the owner drive customer's vechiles into the bay on a pouring day to make sure customer's didn't get wet running to their car on the other side of the building.

i would say give them another try and maybe the part that they needed was hard to get.

Got an oil & filter change, my tires rotated, and two wheels balanced for $55. The people were friendly, there's a comfortable waiting area, and my car was ready in less than 25 minutes.

They just never finish a job and they are expensive. I only go their in emergencies and have had to go to other stations to clean up there work.

This time I went there for a new tire - $120.00. After I drove around on a spare for fory miles, they did not balance the tires. They did not even put the spare away. They threw it into my trunk like a wet towel and later I put it away correctly. It would have been less expensive to go to any gas station for a tire and they would have done a better job.

I went there this time because I had no choice. I will only go back if someone puts a gun to my head or if I get bored with parachuting.
