User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTHE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN ATLANTA!!! DID NOT GET THE ROOM I RESERVED! NO ROOM SERVICE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ROOM NEVER COOLED DOWN DOWN. IT WAS AWEFUL!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Wonderful slice of Europe in downtown Hotlanta!! Extremely convenient to GWCC; not too keen on parking situation-$25/day; best to go around block & park yourself in the same attached CNN parking deck; walk an extra 100 feet.

Never ending smiles: Very friendly staff ,polite ,always goes above and beyond, and fun. Great location right in the heart of downtown. Great food and service.
