User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had a very poor experience with these cleaners after they ruined one of my dress shirts. They refused to reimburse me anything for the shirt, even though the shirt had been worn less than 5 times. I have had previous experiences with other cleaners, who inevitably go out of their way to remedy the situation and keep the customer happy.
The line I got from the owner, Bailey Dempsey, was "the shirt is going to wear out eventually, why should I be responsible if it happens in my custody." I hope this is not the attitude they take with all their customers and was an isolated incident with me. Regardless, if you care for longevity of your clothing, I would strongly advise getting your dry cleaning done elsewhere.

Dr. Cole is an unreasonable man. His shirt is over 7 years old, and very worn. There is no way to predict when fabric will finally 'give out' as his did. We're sorry that this happened, but we explained that the average 'life' of a laundered shirt is 20 months (according to a National Association study. I don't know why Dr. Cole says it was worn less than 5 times (in 7 years?) By the way we did reinburse him $20 to put towards a new shirt. He is an unreasonable man.
