User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAs a repeat customer of The Clothes Rack, I find the former entry to be completely misrepresentative of the experiences I have had there. They have hundreds of beautiful wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses in the store, and every time I went there were several extremely nice salesgirls who bent over backwards to help make my wedding, including my dress, bridsemaid's dresses, all the way down to my invitations and tuxedos perfect. They even delivered my wedding party's dresses to me at the church on my wedding day. After being a bridesmaid there for several of my friends weddings, I was clearly under the impression that my or my bridesmaid's deposits would not be refunded under any circumstances, and signed paperwork for it, so I really don't know what the former commentor is so angry or confused about. As for my experiences at the Clothes Rack, I would definitely recommend them because of all the bridal salons I visited, especially in Auburn, they were by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable, with the fairest prices and business practices, and the biggest selection of them all. I brought my pictures by the store after my wedding and they even hung one of them up! So sweet. I could just go on and on.
