I attended a relatives funeral in Vernon recently and several of the floral arrangements at the funeral home from this "florists" which is now called Durhams, I believe. For the money I spent and the general arrangements of my flowers and the others from this shop were thoroughly unacceptable. I believe my grandchildren could have done a better job. Lots of greenery haphazardly in the holder on the stand and very few flowers, some of which were already wilted and drooped over. I, for one, will never use this shop again. There were a greater number of arrangements from another shop there in town, which I think was either Wayside or Westside.....I believe, and I must say they were some of the loveliest I have ever seen......the were full of flowers, very artistically arranged and very fresh. I had wired my order in from here in the city where I live and I did drive in for the services, only to be dismayed at the arrangement that I had sent. This was not a good presentation from a local florist in a small town but then again, it seems that since it was wired from a great distance away, it appears that they thought that the sender would not be in attendance....surprise....I was there and was not pleased at all.....
