User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBrought my KZ650 in for a tune up and carb repair. I was told it would run me about $400-$500 for all that was needed. Went to pick up the bike and had a $1300 bill saying all four carbs were bad. On the way home the bike would not idle and would not go faster than 60mph, turned around and brought it back with in 10 min. I let him know that this was unacceptable for what I paid for. The bike RAN and would IDLE ruff when I brought it it. His explination was "I make the repairs but I do not test ride them, if you would like I can over haul the whole bike". After hearing the cost for that I let him know that I will be letting as many riders as I know to never bring anything to him. (and I hope his shop burns to the ground)

*brought a bike to have brakes put on. upon picking up we noticed it was hard to roll to put on truck for home trip. said he installed brakes but didn't try them out. next day tried to ride but brakes still froze up. CALLED C AND S (REPLY" I KNOW I INSTALLED BUT IF YOU BRING IT BACK I WILL TEAR IT DOWN AGAIN AND CHECK, BUT IF NEW BRAKES ARE THERE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ME FOR COSTLY TEAR DOWN AND RE-INSTILLATION."KNOWING I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THIS AGAIN WEATHER INSTALLED (OR NOT) I OPTED TO GO UP HWY W9 FOR REPAIR . AS I THOUGHT BRAKES WERE FROZ UP AND ORIGINAL OLD BRAKES (NO LONGER MADE WERE STILL ON BIKE!!!) WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE WITH OTHERS AT MISS. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. IF THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON LIKE THIS, WITH HIS ALSO EXORBITANT PRICES FOR 32 YEARS ,I GUESS I WOULD. SAVE YOUR MONEY. HE'S GREAT ON TUNE UPS IF YOU CAN AFFORD HIM(I STLL KEEP OLD BRAKES) IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR W/ ENGINES BEWARE!,

MOTORCYCLE CENTER I JUST HAVE TO REPLY TO THIS STUPID PERSONS REMARK, YOU KNOW THIS IS THE MOST BOGUS AND STUPID THING I HAVE EVER HEARD FROM ANY ONE IN MY (38) YEARS OF BEING IN BUINESS OWNER AND PROFESSIONAL REPAIR SERVICE. THIS PERSON MAKEING THIS OUTLAW CLAIM DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE RESPECT TO GIVE US THE CHANCE TO CORRECT ANY PROBLEM HE OR SHE MAY HAVE HAD WITH THERE MOTORCYCLE ,!!!! IF THIS PERSON HAD SUCH A PROBLEM AND HE OR SHE WAS RIGHT IT JUST MAKES GOOD SCIENCE TO RETURN IT TO THE REPAIR SHOP WHERE THEY PAID THERE MONEY TO HAVE REPAIRED , IF FOR ANY REASON THIS PERSON WOULD HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH WHAT THEY PAID FOR THE WARRANTY WE GIVE WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THAT PROBLEM PROVIDED THIS WAS A PAID FOR REPAIR PROBLEM IN QUESTION. CHANCES ARE THIS PERSON DOES NOT KNOW A THING IN WITCH THEY ARE SAYING . PEOPLE THIS IS A FACT NO ONE PAYS THERE HARD EARNED MONEY AND GET NOTHING FOR IT AND JUST LET IT GO WITH BAD WORDS TO SAY ABOUT A WELL KNOWN REPAIR AND PARTS CENTER FOR OVER (27) YEARS,. PEOPLE WE HERE AT C.& S. MOTORCYCLE CENTER TAKES PRIDE IN OUR WORK AND IS OUR PRACTICE TO ALWAYS DO THE VERY BEST JOB THAT CAN BE DONE LOOSE MONEY ARE NOT IT DONT MATTER MONEY TO US IS NOT AS IMPORTING AS GOOD UNDERSTANDING WITH ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS THEN, NOW , AND FOR EVER , WE HAVE THOUSDANDS OF WELL SATISFIED CUSTOMERS ..... I HAVE USED C.& S. MOTORCYCLE CENTER FO ALL MY MOTORCYCLE REPAIRS , PARTS , SERVICE ON ALL THREE OF MY MOTORCYCLES I HAVE HAD BRAKE WORK, TIRES REPLACED , SERVICE WORK , I HAVE EVEN HAD MOTOR OVER HAULS , I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED FAIRLEY AND HONESTLY AND WHAT I BELIEV TO BE THE BEST WORK I TOWN. I AM WELL SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND THE PARTS I HAVE PURCHASED FROM C.& S MOTORCYCLE CENTER FOLKS YOU JUST CAN,T GET ANY BETTER THAN C.& S. CYCLE CENTER.
