User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsthey try their damndest to get you to buy insurance on everything. i have to admit that i had to have an amp sent off and they covered all of the fees but going through the process was hell. the insurance company tried to throw it off on the amp company and then vice-versa. I finally got the insurance folks to come through but it was a major headache. I would have almost rather paid for it to be fixed myself and had my amp back sooner. my amp has been in atl for a couple of months.
ending on a positive note: i'm happy that tallahassee has a good size place where i can find most anything i need, or they will order it for you. I still buy all of my acoustic instruments at Gorden's and i have my electric guitars set up at Andy's but when it comes to buying a new amp, effects pedal, strings, picks ect... it's hard to beat the prices at guitar center.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWent there and tried getting my LP set up after moving down from up north. It was 2-3 weeks before I got it back, and the person didn't even do anything to it other than putting on the new strings I asked for. I guess you just got to work with the right employees there because I've never had any problems with anyone else there other than that one guy who does the set ups.
