Very sad...For the Baskin-Robbins side --
I usually go through the drive-thru for something. But on this occasion - it was a birthday. I looked for the Clown Cone that B/R is famous for. I was told since it was TUESDAY -- they didn't have much. When I asked if they could make one up, 'no, it has to freeze for 24 hrs.'. Ok, plan B -- I'd like a waffle cone...
'Oh, we are out of waffle cones, too. It's Tuesday.' I have a BA - and I don't know what DAY of the week it is? I ask to speak to the manager -- they aren't here - it's Tuesday.
When I call the store to get the store number, the hispanic lady who answers (same that waited on me - if you want to call it that), simply replied - 'I don't know it.' There is a silence on her end of the phone. It takes me to say 'can you ASK someone'? Finally, she gives the phone to a gentleman who seemed to know what they worked. No attempt to correct what had happened -- they offered at the store to just send me to another Dunkin Donuts...
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location.
