We have been trying to get our windows since June 4th through the Tampa Bay store. We have been promised, guarenteed, etc. Supposedly today, October 18th they are to be put in. Was to receive a call to verify, tried calling last week - phones "always" go to voice mail no response. Started with Tampa Bay, we contacted Ft. Lauderdale office - Tampa Bay stored has stated since June 18th they had all our windows but 1 and the patio, found out by Ft. Lauderdale store in Sept. they ONLY HAD THE ONE Windowa - they NEVER ORDERED our windows. Tthey have had over $14,000.00 of our money since May 4th and NO PRODUCT. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!! We are trying again today Oct. 18th, to contact Ft. Lauderdale to see IFTHEY ARE GOING TO SAY WE ARE GETTING OUR WINDOWS.

Don't expect much. My windows passed the conde inspection...thats all. Half dozen times they were called for my screens to be put in but 4 yrs now I still only have 60% of them. I called to have the master slider fixed...when it gets a small bit of wind it makes sounds as if the striping is loose...never fixed. Just another contract in Fl who is half ass.
