Please do not erase;: Located smack dab in the middle of “Restaurant Row” (AKA the Dr. Phillips Marketplace), Press 101 is the perfect little niche for salad, sandwich, and wine lovers. Although students at DP aren’t quite yet old enough to sample these delectable wines, they surely devour the sandwiches and salads with ease. Sandwiches such as the Mango Chicken and the Turkey and Brie are major hits among DP diners. “My favorite [item on the menu] is definitely the Chop Salad. It has chicken and mandarin oranges and pineapples, and chow mein noodles, and red peppers, and I’m making myself hungry.” Says freshman Ashley Craig.

There’s quality like press 101, and then there’s Wendy’s. Nice fried, fattening, food; for less, yes; good for your body? Heck no. But hungry panthers don’t seem to mind. In fact, after school, juniors and seniors race to Wendy’s due to a high-profile craving of a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger- all 34 carbs of it. Although Wendy’s offers a large array of greasy burgers and sandwiches, they also offer hearty salads, such as the Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad, or the Southwest Taco Salad. While some go for the burger or salad approach, others tend to their sweet tooth. When asked their favorite item on the Wendy’s menu, many replied with a fervent “FROSTY!”.

Great sandwiches, salads & soup: A trendy, dressy atmosphere but excellent food. Not very traditional but delicious. The servers are very friendly and knowlegable. I'll definitely go back.

Had better (much): It's a novelty - the food is ok for tourists passing through but the really good sandwiches are at Too Jay's - a short walk away. While ther we listened to one of those little fake jazz bands ( one guy on a keyboard ). The waitress was good but she wasn't happy with the boss.
