Dunkin Donuts

I arrived at the store at 10:41 am to order 2 bagles and half a dozen donuts. I received the donuts but still waitied for the bagels. By 10:57 am I still had not received my bagels while other customers who were coming in after me were being helped and receiving their orders. I was the only one who had not received my completed order. While I was waiting I could see the cashier go towards the oven area and started fixing her hair, and then proceed to handle food without washing her hands and giving the food to the associate handling drive thru. I asked why it was taking so long to receive my bagels while other customers were receiving their orders, and I asked the cashier why she was handling food without washing her hand. The cashiers response to me was "f**k you". I asked for the manager and demanded a refund. The manager refunded me for the bagels only. I told her I wanted a full refund, and requested the original receipt because at this point I was so upset I did not want anything from this store. The manager did not appear to be concerned with this, even after I stated that I had worked in food service before and that this was extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin Donuts to my worst enemy.
