I have no problems with your product, just the fact that a high school education would have been a good addition to your meat sales experience.

Avoid this company. The meat we purchased from them is some of the worst beef we have ever tried to eat. They told us we were getting 32 pounds of âU.S. Choiceâ but after they left, we became suspicious, weighed each package and discovered we only had 18 pounds. This of course almost doubled the price per pound which was already high. The âvacuum packsâ seemed OK but when we thawed them out some of them leaked. They told us the meat was so tender that we could throw out our steak knives. What a joke. This meat is very tough and is filled with gristle. The flavor is poor and some of it has a fish like taste. If someone from this company tries to sell you anything tell them NO!

Today a truck stopped by my house and tried to sell me their product. i told them a bunch of lies, like i buy from omaha steaks etc. The driver was sorta pushy but I let him no I was not interested. I never buy anythinh from anybody that rings my doorbell. thank you for the review probably saved me some money.
well first off i want to let you both no your fuckin idiots for one the meat is meant to be cooked from frozen so next time a meat gives your ass directions listen to them. and rather than lying to us and wasting our time just sa no thanks im a prick. and incase your wondering yes i am a proud meatman....dont get me wrong some meatmen are scumbags but for the price you and the quality you get you just cant beat it. so next time your in the grocery store overpaying for your shitty meat ask them how many times there steaks have been thawed frozen and dyed.... i mean cmon those steaks sit out thawed all day...where do think the go at nite they get dyed and frozen.... so sincerly your meat man
I do believe that anybody can mess up a good peice of meat. to bash a company because you do not know how to cook or listen to directions is not the companies fault. I have purchased and eaten the meat from the cattle exchange and i love it why? BECAUSE I KNOW HOW TO COOK.. lol.. to compare to Publix, albertsons, Winn Dixie, Walmart, sweetbay. there is none.. I would rather know who i am buying my meat from and talk to that person not just choose off some shelf in a store. I am proud to say that i am a meat man and i eat the food i sell to stand behind my product 100 percent. i have sat at a customers house and cooked them a steak and they loved it and i told them if they did not like it i will replace it with something they do like. the store would never do that. Food garaunteed for 1 year is great, cook strait from frozen is convenient, and a variety is also great.. For those who don't like the food sorry. We can't please everyone This company must be doing something right have opened up so many locatiions in the south east and still expanding... your meat man "JB"
