Grocery Advantage

I normally love the store because of the wonderful produce and the great prices. Today I went shopping early and as all of you know we are all on a very tight budget. I am trying to avoid Walmart because I would rather our hard earned money go into the local economy instead of to China. Well I only budgeted 80 dollars for the week and had a migraine so I wasn't as on top of my game as usual and told the cashier that. Well unfortunately I went over on my groceries which didn't embarass me until the cashier was so totally rude. She had one customer behind me not very busy and kept saying are you done yet I have a customer waiting for you to get done. Well then along with the migraine and all I was totally humiliated and had to get out of the line and get the store manager to help me. I was then in tears, with the economy the way it is you'd think a store in a small country town like that would understand. That's why I shop there because they are local people. No one there is in a hurry at 8 in the morning. I will now go to the molino produce stand and buy meat at winn dixie and tell everyone I know about my experience. I have many wealthy family members and friends who shop there for there meat so they just lost a lot of customers all because of one rude and humiliating cashier. I was a cashier at Walmart and was always compassionate of this type of situation. Such a shame because I truly liked that store. I spoke to the manager but she refunded the rest of the money due but didn't reassure me that she would talk to the cashier.

Great prices, easy to find things, and it's just very budget. If you don't mind generic product clones then this place is for you! You know a store is damn good when you can pick up a six pound bag of coco puffs for a dollar. God bless this place.

Side note: The family dollar next door is the bomb too, this is just a broke person hotspot.
