KENDALL TOYOTA SELLS WRECKED CARS!!

At the time I bought the car  the sales agent and the manager said the vehicle was in perfect condition, never had any accident. They bring doughnuts for you, they make jokes to entertain you but at the end you end up buying a headache. I  believed on their word and didn't check the Carfax Report before buying the car. Yesterday I went to Sears to get my front wheels aligned and I was informed that my chassis was bent and the car probably was in an accident before I bought it. After researching, I discovered the car was previously crashed. I've been to Kendall Toyota yesterday (09-02-09) asking for another car or having mine fixed and they denied me help after leaving me waiting for two hours. Avoid this dealer, I don't wish you the bad luck I had dealing with those people and always ask for a Carfax Report before buying a car even if the dealer carries a brand name like TOYOTA.

This place does definitely SUCK! The employees, including managers, are extremely rude. They do not care about customer service. Old time car lot sharks. Forget about buying there, DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR KENDALL TOYOTA.

This dealer sucks. The kept talking bad about other dealers. That's really not the way to do business.
