about a month ago I stop by this store and bought half of a dozen of donuts and they were stale. Just yesterday (aug.25th 2008) I wanted another half a dozen and wanted to make sure these were going to be fresh one. So, when I got to the drive up window to order I asked the lady if she was sure that these donuts were fresh this time. She said yes, so I proceded to the drive up to pay and got no sorry you had a bad experience with us or anything like that, she had a smiling smirk on her face. Her name was Regina. That was on her nametag. They call this customer service??? Now do you think I will ever be back there? No way because I recieved bad service 2 times in a row. This employee needs to be trained on the word customer service because she is losing your customers because of her behavior, because I am sure she acts this way with other customers if she acts this way with me.
