    This place is great, we actually now live in Bay county and still go and stay from time to time because it's a great place to go to get away from the every day world. Great parking garage, wonderful staff, great extra and beautiful beach access. I have stayed here at least 5 times and my family and friends have stayed even more than that now that I recommended it to them. I've stayed many places on the beach but this IS THE BEST. I started staying here in 2007 and I will continue to stay with them every chance I get...

    When making my reservation, I requested a room as high as possible to keep away from the noise from the bar across the street. Upon check-in, I learned that we were on the 2nd floor (the LOWEST possible floor)right above the main entrance. I had to go searching the hotel floors to find a cart to get our things to our room. There were no hotel staff anywhere except behind the check in desk. I'm not feeling very accomodated at this point. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity on the slowest elevators I've ever experienced, we made it to our room. We had paid the extra amount to have a second bedroom for our kids to go and relax/watch TV, only to find that the cable cord in that second room was broken and lying on the floor. Then my 11 year old finds awful mildew on their shower curtain. Unacceptable! The dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs! The kitchen counters were not clean. What was the $77 cleaning fee for? This was our second stay here, and the first stay had another list of problems. We will not be staying at the Majestic again.

    This is a very nice condo. Six of us girls went and it couldn't have been better!
