I will never go there' and tell everyone I know not to either, one of the owners I believe his name to be Dan Russel is the rudest man I have ever encountered in my life, how he can run a successful business in beyond me, when he runs this place into the ground, he will probally blame it on the economy, I hope hie partner gets out in time to save his on face,as for Mr. Russell, wake up, look in the mirror, and discover its not everyone else its you.
I have never been so insulted in my life. I was in the store, spent almost $40 on dinner for my kids, went home to find nothing but a hunk of meat and cheese on my sandwich as well as a miss order that was my mistake. I took the sandwich that was made wrong back and also to order the correct other sandwich. The owner was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and my daughter saying that he closed in 5 minutes and then argued with me about my sandwich which the menu clearly stated had other ingredients on it. When I insisted, he turned around and called me a very foul, derogatory name. I was beside myself. I left not knowing what to say to him. When I got home the sandwich quality was awful, stale bread and wilted vegetables. I will NEVER spend another cent there and will tell everyone I know how horribly I was treated and what a disapointment the food was.
We have gone here many times and at first there sandwiches were really good and since then they have gone down hill while there staff is friendly there sandwiches are bad, lately the tomatoes and lettuce have been soggy and everytime we get BLT'S the bacon is cold and burnt to a crisp that it leaves a burnt after taste. Also they say there prices on meat by the pound is cheaper then publix. It is not there deli platters are more and you get less. I found this out during our last family get together.I am definately not eating there anymore.
