They are terrible. Do not use them. They are unprofessional and disorganized. They have missed appointments or not shown up. Too much hassle for a simple task.

The Orkin team provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. David Fuchs did a great job inspecting and took a great deal of time walking me through his findings. The service team (Mustapha) was quick, efficient, and polite. My entire home (55 + yr old brick) was serviced. The drilling/ foundation work was so exact and the cleanup so spot-on that you cannot event tell any work had been done. I had done a lot of internet research and the method/ chemicals they used were the ones that had been identified as best in class for our area. Price was competitive- I had lower bids but could not match national brand and level of service commitment- David stopped by once and called several times to ensure we received good service. I am still waiting for call backs from other local vendors two weeks after Orkin completed their work.
