User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsCan you say DAYCARE CENTER or feeding time at the zoo.You feel just like cattle on a Saturday night. It is filled with screaming kids. Some of the salads are good and the fries look good, but are terrible. Not a place for a civilized dinner. Just a stressfull lunch...The desserts look amazing but the quality of the ingredients is poor.

omg!!!!!!!111 can i scream for ya'll omg its soo good man one time my sister was telling me that she going to bring me cheese cake i was like ya ya whatever untill she bringed it it looks soo good but you have to wait and tell how it taste so when i did i had to run off my desires it was so good plz chees cake factory mail me some good cheese cake for FREE!!!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsa lot of waiting: chese cake factory in hackensack nj carry a great menu!!!very healthy choices..great salmon..great duplins!!.,.but you feel like you are in a rush..they make you hurry up with the choices..they show some low level of custmor service with that feeling ;" lets be fast" so it is not really a good custmor service..,it is plastic.and besides is a very noise place...when you get there no matter the day it is the line of waiting is huge; well..i dunno i dunno..it is kinda a ok place..but far form being perfect..it is a very teenager like which can be fun sometimes..but it is like a dinner style..
