I was not pleased with the service at all! I get there and the guy tells me what a great deal he can give me writes it all out and when we go to sign paperwork, changes his mind and changes the price. I was pissed, He did not honor the price he set, so I took the paperwork to West Loop, and they honored the paperwork and I got a car from them for the price Lone Star tried cheating me out of! Don't go to Lone Star, save some time and go to West loop, they have great service!!

I went in to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and was greeted by a money hungry sales man, the whole time I was there he was steering me towards vehicle that I was in now way interested in he would say your young daughter would look hot in this, what does he know?he kept trying to get me to agree to purchase a vehicle that second. Pushy sales man!!! . If you ever take your vehicle in for service make sure all your items are removed from your vehicle, my friend just had a high ticket item stolen from her vehicle within 5 min. They told her that she had to prove she drove in with it. The Service Manager has no people skills and that was also mention by his General Manager, I will continue to tell all my friends not to purchase a vehicle or even take in a vehicle for something as simple as an oil change! Stay away from here.

went to purchase a lancer gts and when i was getting ready to purchase there sales manager started lying about the resale value of the car and said it would be higher than a honda civic, also tried telling me that the car had 200 hp but it really has 152 which can be found on there web site, i chose to ignore all that and got ready to purchase the car and they tried to switch my finiacing rate by telling me they would give me 6% and then tried to get me to sign a contract that said 11% (thank god i read it ) after that i told them i did not want to do business with them and was taunted about how i would not buy the car. who does that to a customer.
