    Water was leaking--there was a lil puddle forming outside my bedroom next to the laundry area. I couldn't locate where the leak was coming from. As frustrating as this was, I called PR, & their guys came out the same day. They used a special camera to find out where the leak was coming from. Got the problem fixed in no time. These guys know what they're doing & they're prompt. Definitley worth it!

    Great company thanks for all your great work. Thanks to Tommy for having the patience to put up with my detailed requests. You guys did a great job on removing the toxic mold in my home.

    Thank you for all your fast help. I had a huge flood in my buisness office. My partner was panicking a bit so I called you guys. You guys were out here in less than an hour and extracted all the water that was there. Luckily all the paper work was saved, however; I lost alot of equipment. Pure restoration was in contact directly with my insurance. They helped me alot. Thank you again
