    I just bought a 2009 Dodge Charger from them and was extremely satisfied by the experience. Our sales consultant spent ALL DAY with us, looking at multiple vehicles. It was only in the 30s outside, and we kept having to return to the building to warm up. I used to take my Pacifica to them for service and they always cut me a deal. My mother-in-law has purchased two vehicles from them (1 used, 1 new), and again, service was exemplary.

    I bought a used car from these people. They gave me the carfax report AFTER I signed the deal and it indicated the vehicle was in an accident. After a couple days the breaks started to squeek. They did a "quick fix" while it was still under warrenty, but they still squeek a little. Finally, on the third day, I noticed that my passanger side visor was broken, the mirror on the visor was shattered. I called them and they told me they would not replace it.

    The one good thing about this place was the finance guy got me a really godo deal on the car.

    Overall, I would never buy from this place again.

    GO ELSEWHERE!!!!: HORRIBLE, can only describe my car buying experience with this dealership. The sales person was completely ignorant, the sales manager and sales support were just as bad. The General manager was a shady, arrogant jerk who tried to rip me off. I would not recomend this dealership to my worst enemy. *Go to Westgate in Raleigh. They are excellent!*
