Excellent cleaners. Always quality cleaning, and alway on time. I had one small problem and they went out of their way to fix it. This is the only cleaners I use.

Overall rating 1 Star
- For basic straight forward cleaning services I would rate them 2 stars, however,
- I placed 3 pairs of trousers to have the cuffs repaired and two of the trousers were ruined without any offer to replace them. Rating 0 stars.
- On approximately 7 out of 10 occasions the promised date for my cleaning and or repairs was missed or the work was unsatisfactory requireing me to make several trips to retrive them. Rating 0 Stars

Typically they are really helpful - but lately, each time I go there (at my appointed pick-up availability time), I have to wait for them to finish bagging -- not too inconvenient. However, last night when I went, it wasn't ready and they appologized and were going to deliver it to my house that night. So I waited at home, but they never showed up ... never called to let me know it would be further delayed ... NOTHING. I'm finding them less and less reliable. It's unfortunate because I did enjoy using their services, but I guess I'll need to find someone more dependable.
