On Mat 28 2008 we signed a contract with BoulderScenes & Landscaping to do landscaping work on our entire yard of a new built house. They dumped some material on our yard and subcontracted to build two retaining walls that were built, however after that they would not show up and would not return calls. We payed them more than the work done by the subcontractor and the material sitting in our yard. Now we have to hire a different landscaper to finish the job and than recover the money. Complaint was file with Better Business Bureau and Attorney General office of Minnesota. If the money is not refunded, we will file a lawsuit. Josh Schultz is the owner. He was very good in selling, but turned not responsive when it was time to deliver.

On Sept. 10, 2007, we paid Boulderscenes and Landscaping, Inc. $3,000 as a down payment to construct a patio for us by Oct. 15, 2007. They never showed up to do the work and refuse to refund us our money back. We attempted to resolve through arbitration with the Better Business Bureau, but they did not show up and the arbitration decision was awarded in our favor. We still have not received the money and now have to take this matter to district court since the company refuses to refund us our money. These past 10 months have been an absolute nightmare for our family, so we want others to be aware of our experience with Josh Schultz of Boulderscenes and Landscaping, Inc.
