User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBased on the above reviews,my wife got the slow roasted lamb and it was incredible--just like the description, falls apart on your fork. I got the spicy lamb, also good. It's minced and has some sort of nut in it. Wasn't quite what I expected, but very good--wife didnt' care for it. Saffron rice was great. Also, got a "small" greek salad. This was huge and the best looking and tasting greek salad I've ever had. All around, very impressed, can't wait to go back, and I got this to go. The place inside looked great, clean, etc., wouldn't mind going in for sit down next time. P.S. My mom is from Assyrian ( ~middle eastern) and a great cook, so I'm pretty famailar with middle eastern food.

Was really impressed with this place and had been recommended it by a friend of mine and decided to give it a try for lunch. All I will say is I ended up going back in the evening as well. The food is really good and most importantly something really different and much needed in Aptos. I was a bit unsure of the menu but the gusy at the counter were really helpful and gave loads of advice so it was really easy. I had a the platter with lamb at lunch and in the evening went for falafels. The portions were great and the fodo was fresh and tasted really good. I actually think they could charge more for the qualuty of food they are serving so all in all well worth checking out!

You have to try this cool new restaurant in the Aptos Center on Soquel Drive! I took my wife this week and we were blown away. I had the slow-roasted lamb (which was unbelievable with the pomegranate walnut sauce) and my wife had the cheese kebab, which she thinks is "to die for". The music was cool and we loved the tile-work, the informal atmosphere and the fact everything is freshly made to order. You have to check this place out!

I cannot believe how wonderful this new hot spot is ... The plates are so beautiful you almost want to take a picture of it and hang it somewhere in your house. But of course the best was the wonderful tastes. I was blown away by the food.. You would think you were in New York or San Francisco. Not to mention that everyone who works their were so friendly and warm. I felt like I had made new friends and was dinning in their home. This place is great . I only hope they can expand because this place is going to be so popular that they will run out of seats. Just go ....You will love it...
