I want to thank you all for your reviews on this company. they called my mother's home today looking for me and they left their phone number. I was so excited. I could not wait to call them back. I made the appointment for this sunday. That was my first sure sign that they are a scam because acting and modeling agencies DO NOT do buisness on weekends. That's a fact! then I came online to do research and long and behold I see that my hunches on this company were right thank to all of you. YOU all just saved me a bunch of money that I do not have. so thank you all and have a great evening!

I am one of those unfortunate guys who didn't do homework. I feel ashamed, because despite of having internet at my finger tips and being a web developer myself, I didn't do research and blindly embarked on accepting appointment. My net loss on this is $995 which includes copy right purchase. Filed a complaint with BBB and disputed credit card charges. Biggest surprise came from BBB when they showed 160 complaints on their website about this company. I may not my money back. This is the rip-off of my life. All this happend to me when my 4- month old son was suffering from cold. I requested them to change to photo shoot date which they did after receiving doctors letter.
Moral of the story. Don't fall for this crap and undergo rip-off like me.I sincerely to advise buy a digital SLR camera and shoot your own pictures. Even if you don't get an opportunity, you will have great fun at home with your kids. I feel the innocence in the faces of those parents who came there with great expectations. I informed all my friends and relatives about this company to avoid any further damage done by this company. moreover always visit bbb.org to find out a certified business. There are still some modelling agencies that do genuine work.

Hi

I have already paid them the money and have been calling them to refund , but like you all said that customer service will never do that since they have that clause in the agreement. I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company. As i understand the dispute may also not go through since they have my initials on the agreement. I have still not done the photo shoot with them. Did anyone get their money back or anyone have suggestions.
