    I took my car to WEST HOUSTON VW and James (the service manager) took great care of me. I had two issues that Jersey Village VW tried to screw me on. He covered the first issue under a recall that Jersey Village charged me for, and he was very helpful at working with me on the other issue. Everybody at West Houston was very courteous and extremely helpful in every way!
