Great Store! I took my laptop here to get it fixed and they replaced the motherboard and got it working just like it was. I had gone to Best Buy first and they took my $60 and then said they could not fix it and they actually sent me here. But I am glad they did. I will go here from now on!
This store is amazing, I don't know what that joker in the previous post wrote but I have had nothing but good things to say about them. And as far as their $100 dollar software, that is not the case, it is for the service of removing the viruses not the free software that the previous person was too cheap to pay for a real version. Don't believe everything you read from jackasses like the previous poster. You can go to best buy and pay out the ass for nothing or take it to the real professionals at Action Computer.
DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE!!! I took my computer here because it had a virus, and my anti-virus software was not doing the trick. It cost me $100 to have them look at it and load their own anti-virus software. As it turns out, it is not even their software. It is FREE anti-virus from the internet! $100 for that? Then they tell me that they guarantee their work to be ready 24-48 hours from the repair date. So my repair date was a Wednesday, I expected my computer to be done on Friday. When I went in to get it, they told me that they had not even started it yet. They ended up not having it ready until the following Monday. When I questioned them about it they told me that they had sick employees, who were out of work. I understand that people get sick, but if you are a business with responsibility to customers, that comes first. When I brought up the 2 day guarantee (which they told me about earlier) they said there was nothing they could do. So I ask the question, why even bother to have that guarantee? They offered me nothing for keeping my headache, and told me I can always take my computer somewhere else. So I thought I would pass that along to all of their other potential customers. As per the manager: "You can take your computer somewhere else." Save your self the headache and follow THEIR advice. And by the way, that "free" $100 dollar anti-virus software still did not fix my problem.

this man works for another store so I would not take his word for anything other than slander.
Jick4swords- Well I don't know, BUT I am currently going through the same thing you went through. Took my computer in 2weeks ago and still not finished. I have called several times, they say they are working on it. Then I call back other times and they tell me they haven't even started working on it. HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!
